If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with a Bradford product, please give us a call at 570-427-4493 or email us at email@example.com within (10) business days from receipt of your purchase, and provide us with a brief description of the reason for your return.
- Item to be returned in un-used and in resalable condition.
- Item to be returned in original packaging/shipping container or equal or better quality as received otherwise a restocking fee would be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
- Item to be returned must not have been personalized.
- The customer is responsible for return packing/shipping charges and must insure the item for the full purchase price.
- Please include contact details such as: your name, address, telephone, email address and invoice number so we can process your return quickly; and we are able to contact you if we have further questions.
- Your credit card will be credited the cost of the product.
- We do not refund shipping charges.
